Open Settings → Team. There is no invite link or invite message to send — you add team members directly by name and WhatsApp number.
Add a team member
- Click Add team member.
- Enter their Name and WhatsApp number.
- Choose a Role (see below). Only the business owner can assign the Admin role.
- If you have more than one location or team channel, pick their Home location — where they work, sign in, and take bookings by default.
- Under Channels, their home channel stays selected; tick any additional channels or locations this person can access.
- Click Save team member.
How your team signs in
Once added, team members go to your Zlotworks login page, enter their WhatsApp number, and set their password on their first sign-in. They do not need to wait for an SMS or invite link.
Roles

| Team member | Chats, Bookings & Orders, and Contacts for their assigned channels. |
| Chat only | Chats shared inbox only, for their assigned channels. |
Channel access
- Admins and Owners automatically have access to all channels and locations.
- Team members and Chat only users only see conversations, customer contacts, bookings and orders belonging to their assigned channels.
- Their Home location is always included.

Permissions and options
When adding or editing a teammate:
- Can view billing and plan — allows an Admin to view the Plan & Usage tab and download invoices. Off by default for admins.
- Can switch between businesses — for accounts running multiple brands or sibling businesses under one login. Gives an admin the ability to switch between businesses from the workspace switcher. (They must still be added to the team list inside each business they should access).
- Active — can sign in and use the app — untick this switch to temporarily suspend a teammate's access without deleting their account, notes, or assignment history.
- Changes take effect the next time the teammate signs in or switches pages.
Team limits by plan
The number of team members (agents besides the owner) is determined by your subscription:
- Trial: 1 owner + 1 agent
- Starter: 1 owner + 2 agents
- Growth: 1 owner + 5 agents
- Business: 1 owner + 10 agents
If your team expands, you can add extra agent seats at any time in Plan & Usage for ₹199/month per extra agent.
